Auction House excellent, Shipper horrible!!

Items are honestly & accurately described. Auction processes (invoice, payment, shipping) are all done professionally.

The item arrived damaged which was not done in shipping it was done at or prior to the auction house listing the item. I contacted the auction house twice about the issue and no one ever returned my calls. This is the most I have paid for a single item from this auction house and am very dissatisfied with it. I have purchased many things from this auction house previously and was taken aback that they did not respond to me. I will be much more cautious when bidding and purchasing from this auction house again.

art (large print) was listed as framed; it arrived today and I see that the frame is chipped in a few places... I just wished that they had mentioned the wear on frame.

THIS WATCH WAS STOLEN FROM ME IN 1996, AUCTION HOUSE WAS INFORMED OF THIS PRIOR TO THE AUCTION!! I HAD TO BUY WATCH BACK.

the scale isnt complete, a bracelet was broken, the croc hard body needs repair.

Im very dissatisfied with the prada bag, in the pictures and discription there was no where that states the bag was so damaged with this awfull odor, and also it doesnt even seem authentic either, im getting it checked out for that part, but im very disappointed with it if i had any idea it was in this state i would not have bidded on it i feel deceived and thats not right..

Responded quickly to inquiry making the experience pleasant. I will be a repeat customer.

I did not receive a summary and not sure how I could have viewed the competing bids as they came in firstly by email several days before the auction. I was told only that I was outbid so I made a second substantially higher second bid. The next notification came that I had won the auction at my maximum. I find it disconcerting that what I had envisioned as two generous covering maximum bids were overcome for the first and just sufficed for the second (considerably higher then the preauction estimated value) I’d feel better if I could see a bid history during Or after the fact please I’m I missing some technical option to do so? It’s not the first time I’ve had this issue with Live Auctioneers and I would be grateful for any advice through a representative of your company. Thank you, J. Robert M. D. ********************

Elite Auctioneers falsely advertised the lot to be made by Herm è s, and after reception it was clearly not Herm è s. This is case of fraudulent misrepresentation since they clearly said it is a Herm è s blue leather H clasp bag, but it wasn't. Basically, fraudulent misrepresentation is when someone intentionally makes material statement or makes a material omission that induces someone else to enter into an agreement. LIveAuctioneers is held liable for negligent misrepresentation if they state a fact that induces the bidder to enter into an agreement without having reasonably checked on the accuracy of their statements. A fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation can lead to the rescindment of a contract in addition to a payment of damages to the other party who was misled.

don't pull back an item you sold. It will lose you more customers like me
