Great Auction House to deal with. Accurate and reliable and Quick in their responses. They are the best ever!

Very disappointing experience. I made multiple requests to arrange a pickup outside business hours (including weekends), as I was genuinely unable to come during their limited hours and shipping was not an option due to item size. All requests were refused. Later, they claimed I ignored their attempts to contact me. This is simply not true — I never received any communication from them. When I finally arrived, I was told my items had been sold without my authorization. If I had been informed, I would have agreed to sell them in my name. Instead, they sold them without notice and without paying me.

Well, that's about it. The items were well photographed and described-no surprises when I received the package. And the packaging was extra solid-each piece wrapped separately and the whole package secure, nothing could bounce around. Thanks
