As Always-Redlands provides quality items at reasonable prices. I follow them.
Redlands is perhaps one of the BEST auction houses on the West Coast. I buy quality items from them and will continue to do so. They treat their customers the correct way. I trust them implicitly. When you buy from Redlands you will get fantastic service at a good value.

Pay in person to avoid additional costs
There should be more notification on paying in person to avoid additional fees. Why is there a 25 % mark up and then you have to pay more?!

There is a 25 % Buyer's Premium that you agree to before you bid. Liveauctioneers charges a processing charge also if you pay through them but you can pay through us to avoid that fee.

Top Not h Auction House
Bid and won on many items from this auction house. Items are always as described. Given that I live less than an hour from their location I pick up my items and the whole crew is extremely professional and friendly. On the few times I have required delivery their rates were very reasonable and delivery was on time and again professional/friendly. High recommended!

Great Auction House
Just a great auction house, items up for bid are always accurately described including condition. I typically pick my items up after receiving winning bids and I have yet to meet anybody at the site that isn’t professional and friendly. Not that it matters to a bidder but the outfit is incredibly well organized. Five plus stars ….

Great Transaction
This was a fun lot to bid on. I’d have to say that the overall items in the lot are keepers. The auction house did a fine job with the description, measurements, shipping and of course, the winning price wasn’t too bad either. Looking forward to doing more business with Redlands.

AS DESCRIBED/EASY LOCAL PICK-UP
I won vintage dining chairs. They are in great condition: clean and sturdy. Local pick up was easy and young man offered to help me load them in my car. The showroom was really clean, organized and worth seeing.
