Having used multiple auction houses, I have to say this was one of the very best I've had the pleasure to work with on an item. They were fast, responsive, and handle everything quickly. I also felt like they didn't up the price with hidden online "in-house" agent like many other houses do to get a higher price. Truly a great experience all-around!!

The shipping quote seemed high so I contacted Redlands and was assured this was the most economical way to ship my items. The $17 box was oversized, and the items were wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap with edges sticking out. This wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I hadn’t been assured that this was the most economical way. Condition description was also vague. There were 2 identical parts that had very different shapes meaning one or both of them were bent. Just overall not the same service I’m used to getting from other auctions on LiveAuctioneers.
