The carpet I bought was accurately depicted on the website. As I live close by, picking it up was a breeze. Staff was helpful and cordially invited me to inspect merch for an upcoming auction while there. I'd feel very comfortable in bidding on their future auctions.

I have been high bidder on a few lots, over the past years, from Redlands Auction House. They are an excellent auction house to do business with and the staff (owner) are very helpful and friendly which can’t always be said for other auction houses. This lot of pottery did have a piece with undisclosed damage but that really was my fault for not double checking, first, before I bid. This is a local pick up for us, and they are very friendly when we go to pick up, helpful in assisting with packing or loading. They also respond quickly to email queries.

Auction House was very receptive to my needs, accommodated both my payment by check and I was unable to pick-up on their posted days; helped with un-assembly of the bed. The bed was even nicer than it's photos... so very pleased with the Lot.
