This outfit ripped me off twice. Once by not shipping all items purchased then offering to let me choose different items to replace at the same dollar value as the missing items. it took over six months to come to that agreement and only with the help of liveauctioneers. When i did choose they again charged me and this time I got nothing. By the way, this is the third store name they have used in two years as they keep getting shut down and coming back with different name. I actually never purchased a thing from Eastern Presents, yet it shows on my record as an open dispute. They are the only outfit i believe on liveauctioneers that carries this style of goods.

The entire process of getting my items shipped has been a mess. First they asked me to pay with Payoneer and I paid the same day they invoiced me. Then they requested payment by PayPal over and over again even though they confirmed I had already paid. Said they would ship in 4 days, but a month went by and they still hadn't shipped. I finally got my shipment but only 4 of my 5 items were in the package. I sent 4 messages since receiving the package, but they will not answer. I would like them to either ship my 5th item or refund my money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company even though the products I did receive are beautiful.

They will not communicate nor EVER ship your items. Do not bid.

I was notified that won an item; no invoice was sent; I requested the invoice; no response; I said I could pick up; they said the item was not available; I now see that it is labeled as "Lot Passed". Misrepresentation.

I was excited to have won two items with this auction company. I received my invoice the following day. And immediately paid the invoice along with shipping. It has been two weeks and I still have received no communication on whether my items have been shipped, I’ve reached out via email three times to the auction house and still have gotten no response. I paid for items that I have not received. I do not recommend doing business with this auction house.

I received the earrings I ordered in timely manner and they were just as described, absolutely beautiful. I have since ordered lot of jewelry from them.

Only 8 items were shipped. I am still missing 2 items. I haven’t had a response to my shipping request to lower the amount and have not had a reply regarding the missing items.

Pristine Gems is a wonderful seller of truly beautiful jewelry that is exquisitely made! Really easy to deal with and a very prompt shipper!

They sold me something, did nothing for 15 days, then responded to my query about the item asking ME for information about the sale, and have still not refunded me for the item I have not received more than two months later. Also, I am not sure the claims they make about the provenance of their 'Tibetan jewelry' such as 'exclusive,' vintage 'etc. are true.

After winning several items in January and promptly paying, the invoice showed unpaid for several weeks. I emailed the seller twice to have that corrected over a period of a couple weeks. I had to then email the seller three more times before receiving 1/2 the items. Three emails later for the rest of the items, they ask me to send pictures of what I won. I did. t Two more emails and still missing 1/2 the items 9 weeks later. They suck at follow up and not worth the time.

I email to them but response was very slow, took almost one week. They sent me a card with items I bought which said wholesaler of Tibetan Antique I am not sure I am not sure how Liveauctioneers checked this company's background and how made contract.

no order has been received and no response to my 2 emails either. I just want my refund. would not use PRISTINE GEMS ever again no matter how pretty it looks. i am very unhappy. so with this post maybe i will get a response. 7-6-2021

Shipping is from India and took over a month to arrive. I didn’t receive all of my items in my order at the same time either. The yellow sapphires I purchased did not test as sapphires and when I contacted the shop he asked me for a report that says they are not natural. There is a language barrier for sure. I just gave up and kept them but will not be ordering anything from them again.

Wow! That best describes the pieces I received today. They are substantial and made very well and beautiful. The beaded necklace looked blue in the auction pictures but is definitely more on the green side but I love it.

The seller/owner sent me emails said all items would be shipped from NJ before I made the payment, but all items were shipped from India and I was informed the ruby necklace was fallen out and damaged (funny), asked him many times then refund me original bid amount $400 but I still lost $38 PayPal fees, he didn't want to undertake fees even the fault occurred by him. The emerald necklace was hugely different from his images showing on auction list and ignored any inquiries about return or exchange. Definitely a story speaker and will never purchase from here again!
