1st mistake was not reading the reviews before bidding. All of the 1 star reviews are accurate. Most of the 5 star reviews are written by principles and friends of the company. They tried to add extra undisclosed fees after close of auction to my invoice for using a credit card. They do not have any inventory. They process your payment then use your money to purchase your items. 27 days have passed since auction close and I do not have my items. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. I have to use live auctioneers customer service to order 1St collections to respond. I paid them JAN 19 after my CC Co flagged them as a security risk. (Another red flag) On JAN 28 their email said my items will ship JAN 29 via FEDEX. On FEB 1 another email stating my items will ship via USPS with a tracking number but USUPS states no package was ever picked up or shipped. This company ?) is not a legitimate auction house. It is run out of someones apartment with out a real business location. I PAID $3, 900 15 DAYS AGO AND STILL NO ITEMS.

Items were as described. Shipping cost were high and it took them over 3 weeks after auction end before shipping.

Just because you win an auction with a low bid, doesn't mean you will receive it. Won my auctions, paid and they only sent part of my winnings and refunded the 1 that was "in there mind" TOO CHEAP ! I won bids on august 2 or 3, I never received them. I sent a message to them asking where my items were, they told me it would be sent out by "Next Monday". Not sure when that is, but I still haven't received any item from them, but they were quick to take payment. I was so fed up, I contacted my bank and opened a claim against them. I tried calling them and received a voice mail message stating "The Magic Jack customer you have reached..." they do not even have a real phone carrier plus they operate out of an apartment. Seems shady to me. If I could "negative stars" I definitely would. Horrible, just horrible

i am having issues with this house on one items. others that were purchased were fine. one item i purchased they sent wrong item. i have been trying for weeks to get this resolved without satisfaction.

I haven't received my complete order from the auction that took place a month ago and my emails to the company have gone unanswered.

1. The item was not as pictured in that the shank was very thin and not as thick as shown in the photo. 2. The description was confusing and written in language that is not customary when describing jewelry, so therefore a reader would not know the true dimensions of the pearl and the gold/diamonds contained. 3. Did not mark item as PAID after receiving payment. 4. Took over 1 month to FINALLY ship the item. I contacted them numerous times to finalize the sale and they just took their sweet time and sent me a ring that is not worth the amount I paid for it. 5. I had to contact Liveauctioneers directly to get them to FINALLY send the item. They ignored my direct contact with them. BEWARE. They misrepresent their auction items and do not allow returns. Be VERY SURE if you bid with them. I personally will never bid on their auctions again. I have been bidding and winning on Liveauctioneers for at least 7 years now, and have been very happy for the most part. I have NEVER in all those years had such a bad experience on this site. PLEASE be very careful with these folks.

Any time you order from an auction house, the shipping can be very high. Work with the auction house to try and get it lowered.

... except a lot of these auction houses charge A LOT for shipping. Often times, a disproportionate amount compared to the item. So before ordering anything from anyone, check the shipping prices.

They so suck I was so stoked to get my dad the Baphomet statue then I get an email about new items for baphomet guess from who. U got it! 1st **********-hat collection! And it sold for more than I originally paid for it so don't set your heart on anything from these guys because they will sell it more than once to the highest bidder. Even after the hammer falls. Ugh today is the worst day this year utter disgust

The phone has no answering machine. They do not reply to emails in a timely manner, and do not answer questions when they finally respond. They report you as having a dispute without responding in any manner whatsoever.

Almost a Month to get my items. I would never bit to this house never again. Lazy people!

It’s now been over three weeks since I paid for my won item. I paid promptly but the account shows “invoice pending” and I have not received my earrings. Also got no response to messages via LiveAuctioneers and voice mail. Beyond frustrating.

I very much enjoyed receiving my items. I did not receive them as stated time wise but, were very nice. I would recommend to bid and buy from them.

I bid I won and got fast shipping and had my earrings in a quick time.
