After being notified that I had the wining bid I paid promptly. I never received a tracking number or notification that the item was shipped. After waiting and waiting for the item to arrive I contacted 1st Asset expressing my concerns. I was provided a tracking number, when I checked the tracking number it showed that the item was delivered to a residence in Florida, I live in Philadelphia. I again contacted 1st Asset (William) and was again provided with the same tracking number. I once again contacted them, this time asking for a complete and full refund of my money including shipping. I have not heard back from 1st asset at all, I have also contacted Liveauctioneers as well as my credit card company. The only satisfaction that I have through this whole process is from my credit card company. I will not and highly recommend not doing business with 1st Asset ever again. They have lost me as a customer

I would be very hesitant to buy anything from 1st Assets. My item was grassly overpriced for what it really is a plastic cast item, advertised as alabaster in the category for auction houses. If I could return it for a refund, I definitely would. Buyer Beware!

Perfect from start to finish

Won and paid for items late January 2020. Since then, it has been a nightmare in getting the items shipped to me. Several times, I was lied to concerning the shipment of the items. In addition, the auction house attempted to mislead shipping the items by creating a shipping label, thus creating a tracking number, but not actually shipping the item. Very underhanded in their dealings with this entire matter. I've advised Live Auctioneers to sever their relationship with 1st Asset Collections, believing that the behavior of 1st Asset would tarnish the reputation of Live Auctioneers. In addition, my advise to anyone considering bidding on items with 1st Asset Collections is, don't. Find the item elsewhere!

Multiple times, customer service lied to me about the items being shipped and expected arrival dates. In addition, one item was not included in the shipping; however, the manifest stated that one item would be getting a refund-to date, no refund has been provided. The shipping was not done according to their policy of 7-10 days and was well outside that date range.

I won 3 items totaling about $400. I tried to contact them to pay with cc but wasn't able to get through.... I informed them I am sending a check-they replied after a few days and acknowledge it. Check was cashed.... I asked for shipping timing... after several days came reply-they apologized for the delays and promised to ship via USPS 2 Days Priority..... That was a week ago.... No items, No replies from the auction house, no tracking info, no money. At this point I just want my money back.... Horrible experience-no updates, no transparency, really poor Customer Service....

i'v purchased a lot of jewelry from auctions. This pair of earrings was by far the cheapest ********** I've ever seen! Looks like something from a kids jewelry sale. No appraisal came with them as I'm sure they were so cheap that they didn't rate one...

Horrible. Offered to pick up package 10 days before Christmas as I live 40miles away. They said they were shipping that day priority usps. They never would answer phone or emails after asking about tracking or status. It’s now two weeks later and I still have nothing. Don’t buy from them

1. Exorbitant shipping fees: 6 lots in one box by USPS ground was $120! 2. SLOW to ship and arrive: expect to wait a minimum of 18-21 days after invoice is paid. 3. Unshipped items: Five of the lots I’ve won in their auctions were not shipped due to “quality control issues.” Shouldn’t items be checked for quality BEFORE they are put up for auction? I have won 117 lots from 15 different liveauctioneers auction houses and dozens of other auction houses and this one is by far the worst I have ever dealt with!

Very deceiving they should say that it’s cosmetic jewelry very cheap looking when I got it

Have contacted them repeatedly with no solution. Quality of merchandise unacceptable. I expect full refund am now pursing legal action. Rebecca

Shipping seemed to take longer than necessary

Best way to buy silver. Accurate and shipped on time

First and foremost I paid well over 1100 dollars for a ring that look good on the picture but when I recited it. I totally look like veryvery small diamonds low grade. The ring being 10k with horrible little diamonds I would be luck to get 590 dollars for it. Even though there appraisal put it need two thousand. Total rip off.

Auction house called me for payment-I don’t like to give out information over the phone

In dealing with these folks, my opinion is that it seems like it is all about the money. I suggested combining the items purchased into one package, as the items were small. They completely ignored that request, and charged $15 to ship each package, even tho they shipped them small USPS flat rate package-significantly less than $15 per package. And-the 3 items would have easily fit in one of the boxes, because unlike any of the other auction houses with whom I dealt, these folks were the only ones who simply sent their items in little plastic bags rolled in bubble wrap. All others either sent their items in nice boxes or velvet cases. I did have a strange bidding situation occur-supposedly there was a claim that I had bid on and won an item which I would never have chosen. Although I still believe this bid was in error, I was presented with the option of just paying the buyers premium and allowing the item to go back into general bidding. Since I could not prove nor disprove the bid, I opted to pay the premium. Details and communication matter to me. The prices were ok and while the small opals in the necklace and earrings have nice fire, the emerald in the necklace was heavily included.

My only small complain could be about the slow delivery but I leave in Italy and our custom is not fast to process duties, so I can't really say who is the slowest. Items are perfect. Packaging is very good. thank you
