Slow to respond
I found 1st asset to be very slow responding to emailed inquiries. They have a 7-10 day shipping window and took all 10 days to ship 3 pairs of earrings. No completely dissatisfied, but I probably won't buy from them again.

Misinformation
I had to pay tax on the item, because it was listed as $100 (it was $30), so I had to pay $16.50. And I've received the item and my notice still says invoice pending. Was listed as 2 lb., but was only 10 ounces. All of this costs more money. Needless to say, if you live in Canada everybody wins but the buyer. Nice item though.

Shipping was rather slow. More like 10-12 days before they ship. Oh i got my package.

My experience with them was terrible. They did not deliver on the item I won and gave a phoney excuse as to why. Most auction houses sell items "as is" if not all. They claimed they did not send my item because of "quality Control issues" BS. I saw the same item on two more of their auctions. They did send my money back but I wanted the item. Been around too long and this was my first and last time with them.

The auction house never sent my item. They had the item as pending payment even after I had made payment directly after the auction. When two weeks had gone by and I didn't hear from them I reached out and they told me my item would be sent shortly. It has now been a month and a half and I still have not received and they have not responded to my reach out. The lack of communication combined with disorganization of payment, shipment, and overall process made this a horrible experience where I now will have to fight the charge.

i won 6 items in your auction and paid the invoice for all item plus an exorbitant shipping fee the following day. today i received an email saying that i was being refunded $108 for all items. i replied immediately requesting an explanation. i have yet to receive any contact from your business. i was charged $286.99 for these items that i won in an auction. if you are a fraudulent auctioneer that doesn't honor its sales, then I expect a full refund of $286.99 immediately. i will report this transaction to LiveAuctioneers immediately.

Be within reason.. The value of topaz ring is so over inflated... 6 different companies just laughed at me... The watch is same thing.... I was expextinf it to be closer to lower estimate.. but not even close to half the lower value is very misleadinf with intent.

I’m quite upset that I had tried to bid when the item was at a much lower value, but it seemed to have entered my bid at nearly twice the value of what appeared at the time that I pressed bid. If the seller insists on having me pay for the item, I will do so, as it is not their fault that this happened. However, I have no interest in the item at this price and would ask them to not bother shipping it to me.

Customer service is part of what I pay for and it it is a value that costs the seller almost nothing. My experience with this seller was bad because they had no sense of doing the right thing. If an item is bought at auction it must be delivered or a reasonable replacement or repair offered at a minimum. This auction house feels that they can choose not to ship items won. OK, but I will not deal with them. Also, clear emails are not read and responded to appropriately. This is a serious issue for me because I feel as if I am speaking to children.

I have not received my item yet! The charging process was confusing and I felt and still feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I enjoy the auction experience, but will never work with this company again.

One of the items I won I didn't get. I ended up getting a refund for some reason. I think if you auction something off then you should actually have it to send to the person that wins it, not have them pay for it and almost 3 weeks later give them a refund
