I was a bit surprised that it took just a wee bit longer (maybe 48 hours) than I expected for PBA to send me an invoice after I won the auction. I guess I am spoiled by eBay, where I get a payable invoice a few seconds after I win an auction. I know my item wasn't the most important one in the PBA auction. But still, the 2-day delay (which caused me no particular harm!) had a pretty old-time feel to me. Also, it felt like it took longer for the item to ship than I expected. It was beautifully and carefully packaged, and I appreciate that. Still, it felt like it took longer to ship than almost any seller on eBay would have taken.
