Have been dealing with Woody Auction for many years with perfect experiences, quality merchandise, expertly described, simple auction process, easy to process payment options, and the best in-house packing/shipping in the business! All around professionalism at every turn, extremely customer oriented, just the BEST!!!

I was very impressed with the whole experience, buying from Woody Auction. It was my first time doing a live auction and I bought several large glass items. The auction house was super responsive to questions beforehand, and also did a phenomenal job packaging the items and communicating the shipping/delivery estimates. Also, their buyer premium was more reasonable than other houses, which made it feel more fair. I actually won't bid anymore on auctions that have over a 20 % premium. Anyways, I have now done a few Woody auctions and love them! I also like the live video and audio feed. Excellent experience all around!

Woody Auction is a family own business with all that comes with that reputable and interested in buyer's satisfaction. Never have I had an issue with shipping done by them.

We participate in many different auctions and always find the best experience with Woody Auctions. Glass is as described and they make updates to the descriptions along the way. The shipping is the best around and the care they take shows when the boxes get mistreated along the way and the glass is always unharmed. If there are questions or issues they are quickly addressed and resolved.

Wonderful people to work with and just see from time to time whether I am able to win alot of auction goods or luck favors another.

I have purchased many different cut glass pieces from Woodys and I have never been disappointed with any part of the transaction! The staff is amazing when it comes to taking care of any questions you may have, friendly and treat you like family!! Always a pleasure to have communications with the staff! The auction process was very smooth and I'm satisfied. However, the shipping is still delayed almost a month later. Not the Woody's Auction house's fault but the delay is from their recommended shipper's list. I'm making every possible effort to make a delivery happen.

I have attended Woody auctions for over twenty years. I like the family atmosphere and you can trust their expertise in the items being auctioned. I appreciate the fact that they do not charge a premium if you pay with check or cash if you attend the auction in person. I enjoy viewing the items the day before the auction without having to go through multiple background checks such as you have to do with Heritage auctions.
