Woody Auction service is the online auction I will use. You can depend on their description. Shipping is handled in house. They are very prompt to invoice and ship. Packaging it what I would expect fo Woody Auction is the only online service that I use. I have tried many other auctioneers and I have not been able to depend on their condition reports. Woody's have always been accurate. Their efficient in house shipping service is a must for me. I am invoiced prmptly. Items are carefully packaged and shipped promptly. What more could I ask for.

Its not eoodys fault i did not recieve my item its 100 % ups and live suctioneers who required a signature out of the vlear blue drlivering to gated home and no notices were left. This is lives foing not woody auction its now lost sith lives shipping partner in Colorado not even returned to the auction house shat a mess!!!!. years on a relationship with woody and live enforced a requirement that has completely tied the suction hands of doing clean good business and commandeered tge shipping control only to screw it up!

I know that I can trust Woody's Auction House to provide reputable items that various collectors desire. Your ability to constantly put forth quality products is to be commended. I always trust that you handle all fragile items-which is the predominance of your items-with extreme care so that the purchaser gets their usually fragile purchase like they are treating themselves. THAT my friends is a true business to deal with.

My past experiences with Woody Auction have been SO good, that I seek out their Auctions. The shipping and packing are the best that I have seen using Live Auctioneers. The MOST helpful staff was able to facilitate a change of delivery address for me.

The most recent purchase from Woody is just beautiful I have been dealing with Woody for sometime now. They are easily accessible for questions. Everything is done in a timely manner and they take care of their customers. So they have a loyal following of repeat business to be sure. IF there is an issue, they address it immediately. Recently there was a shipping question we discussed that they packed as usual in their own faithful way but the platform allied with USPS which Woody had no control over. And I was wary of anything USPS. If Woody had not done their magic packing I dont know if my delivery would have survived. That being said I need to impress that Woody does complete pictures and full disclosures on everything they sell. If something is broken, it is taken care of. Of late I've had from other auction houses with only 1 photo maybe 2 photos of items that have arrived well & packed well but obviously they did not disclosed of cracks, chips condition etc in their listing in auctions here. THIS would never be Woody. These other auction houses I purchased from recently ignored my requests about invoices, shipping, calls, emails. I wish items not as described or few photos were not allowed here. Woody has my utmost faith in anything they are involved in. They truly care about their customers.
