Very honest and trustworthy
Excellent auction house. It is a pleasure working with them. They call out all flaws in each item and do their best to make sure you know the condition of every item. They make it easy to ship bought items. I can give them my highest rating for an auction house.

Best in the business
Very professionally from start to finish. I have dealt with 100's of auction houses across the country. Most fall very short. Woody auction strives for accuracy and top notch performance. Couple that with a personal touch and sincere attitude makes them heads above the rest.

Detailed and Accurate Item Pictures & Descriptions
Love love love Woody Auction House. I appreciate most, their detailed item descriptions and pictures. They have never proven inaccurate. Their buyer's premiums are reasonable. The shipping is fantastic and the cut-glass crystal pieces arrive in perfect shape. What's not to like?

Wonderful Auction House
I've now purchased from Woody's on several occasions. Overall my experience with them has been great. The staff are super friendly and helpful with your payment options. They were also extremely helpful when I had an incident where something broke in transit and resolved the situation very quickly. Overall their packing is impeccable and for the volume they cover, they ship so fast. I plan to continue to do business with them in the future. Highly recommend this business!

Tammy: Thank you for your five-star review! It's always great to hear from someone where a problem needed to be resolved. We set the industry standard for our wrapping and packing service, but sometimes (very rarely) items break in transit. We are fortunate that this only happens a couple times per year, and we are happy to get you taken care of. We do our best so that nothing is broken, but once it's out of our hands, we can't control what the shipping company does with the box. While our UPS driver who picks up the boxes is the best in the world, that only gets the box to the Wichita, KS hub. Thank you for letting us know you were happy with how we handled everything.

Woody Auction is Hard to Beat
Woody Auction provides accurate descriptions of the items, quick shipping, and fantastic packing. Who could ask for anything more? I've been dealing with this auction house for about 30 years and have never been disappointed. I think that says a lot.

Totally professional from beginning to end.
I’m completely satisfied with accuracy of the description and was SO THRILLED to receive the auction item incredibly well packed. This is usually the part I worry over the most. A fabulous experience doesn’t matter if the item arrives damaged or broken because of inferior packing. I also appreciate that the packaging was done in house. It was an easy-peasy process in all and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.

Shipping
I assumed my book would be shipped in a cardboard box at the media rate. Instead it was put is an oversized box with several hundred styrofoam penuts as if it were breakable. Needles to say, this added several $to the final cost of the book. While I understand a second party did the packing and shipping, some common sence direction from the auction house was expected.

You are correct, it should have been in a much smaller box-without peanuts-and shipped Media Mail (or our UPS discount sometimes actually beats Media Mail). We actually handled the shipping ourselves, but we had some new employees and this one got past us. We would like to hold a credit for you in the amount of $10 to compensate for the too-high shipping amount due to overpackaging the book. First purchase with this auction house I had an issue with one item, they were quick to respond and resolved the issue right away in a better way than I even expected.
