We set the industry standard for our wrapping and packing service, but sometimes (very rarely) items break in transit. We are fortunate that this only happens a couple times per year, and we are happy to get you taken care of. We do our best so that nothing is broken, but once it's out of our hands, we can't control what the shipping company does with the box. While our UPS driver who picks up the boxes is the best in the world, that only gets the box to the Wichita, KS hub. Thank you for letting us know you were happy with how we handled everything.
