One piece of advice we have received is to deal with a reputable dealer. Woody Auction is definitely in this category. We have purchased a number of different types of antique pieces from them through the years, and never a disappointment.

I should really keep this praise to myself, but I Love WOODY auctions! They have kept the buyer's premium under control-high but not ridiculous! and they still offer in-house shipping!!! which is by far the BEST shipping department of any other on-line auction company-and I have done business with many-only a handful offer in-house shipping and even fewer make any effort to control cost. WOODY is the best!!!

Your Buyer's Premium is very reasonable as are your shipping charges-and loved that it was in-house shipping and I didn't have to contact multiple shippers for an estimate.

This is my favorite auction house. All the others need to take a lesson from them. They do their own shipping and it is always well done. The biggest problem I have with Live Auctioneers is the shipping. I don't have time to go find shippers.
