Got a great deal!!! The shipping was great. I will look forward to buying again!!!

I purchased 2 toy trains but only one was shipped. When I contacted Lodestar they explained that that had apparently shipped my other item to another customer. I wasn’t offered any compensation for my time or loss other that returning my money. I was very disappointed with my Lodestar experience. Probably wouldn’t recommend doing business with this auction house, I’m going to definitely steer clear in the future.

I contacted the auction house regarding an unsold item, they responded promptly, an agreement was reached, and I soon received an invoice. They did not give me an estimate for shipping but the final cost was very reasonable. I received the item promptly, it was well packed and in excellent condition, item was as described. I would happily do business with these folks again. I do not like the "service fee" that LiveAuctioneers charges, another hidden fee. I will continue to use LiveAuctioneers but prefer to deal with the auction house directly.

Received My Parcel In A Used Box That They Charged Me $2.00 For WOW Crazy, But What Really Frosted Me Was The Way They Packed My Item, Pens And Pencils Just Thrown Between Layers Of Bunched Up Packing Paper, I Had Stuff All Over The Floor, May I Suggest a Quick Trip to The Dollar Store For Some Cheap Plastic Bags So They Are Not all Over In The Future, In What They Charged Me They Did Add For There Time To Pack, Please Do Not tell Me It Is what It Cost You, I Have Shipped Over 70, 000 Parcels, NO CARE Was Truly Given, There Response Was We Will Take Your Comments Into Consideration, Not Even An Apology. They did an exceptional job packing! I don't think a hard case would've offered more protection. As for the item, it was just as described and I couldn't be happier. Just needs a bit of TLC but for a 56 year old air rifle, it's about what you should expect. Cost of packing and shipping was a bargain.

I have bought from Lodestar before and have been pleased. For this auction, one of the items I purchased and paid for was missing when I received my package. I contacted Lodestar immediately and they looked for the item but could not find it. They did refund my money instantly for the missing item. While their service was great, the missing item was the part I was looking forward to receiving the most. Oh well. Hopefully it will be better next time.
