I am thrilled with my purchase of a Saranade doll in the Lodestar Auction. She looks pristine in person and is a wonderful and unique addition to my doll collection. The purchasing and shipping process was straightforward and easy to navigate. I only wish that there was a Paypal option for payment. The doll arrived quickly and securely packed. I would definitely do business with Lodestar again should they offer items of interest in the future!

This was my first time dealing with Lodestar Auctions and it was a positive experience. What set them apart from most other auction companies was that they offer in-house shipping at a very reasonable price. Shipping cost can be a deal breaker for me when deciding on bidding because unfortunately many shippers gouge out of state buyers but that WASN’T the case with Lodestar. They treated very fairly and I look forward to doing more business with this company. Ron

I received some incorrect items with my order. they immediately responded and sent the correct ones and even let me keep the wrong ones. their packaging was superb, shipping rates were more than fair.
