I asked for the painting to be shipped overseas. The next day, once paid for, it was packed and ready to go. Their awesome shippers then came back with the lowest price from USPS for $122. The package was received within days in perfect condition. I'm VERY impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. It was one of the most hassle free, stress free, and pleasant buying experiences ever! I will gladly buy from this auction house again and again! Thank you so much Paul Arsenault Auctioneers! You guys are the best!

I was most impressed with the speed of payment, getting the purchased item to the shipper, the shipper getting me a quote, and mailing. The shipping cost for me was very reasonable and a little less than expected. The package could have used a little more bubble wrap, but everything arrived in perfect shape. I liked being able to pay by credit card. They were very helpful when I called. Excellent experience.

I called with some questions about a ships bell that was coming up for auction and they where very helpful and even went out to the item to take the measurements that I was asking about.

I was very satisfied with the service of this auction house and the item that I received arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described.

when buying online during the auction, Paul allows ample time for each item to allow an online bidder to get his bid into the system-before an auction, Paul Arsenault responds to questions either online or by phone regarding quality or defects of items in auction-very good transition from sold items to packing & shipping-

Do not participate in Arsenault auctions. Had an issue with a purchase and cannot get even a response from them. I consider them to be crooks and if more money was involved I would pursue further. Bidders beware!

i had problems bidding, where i bid higher but someone else got the item at a lower price..... i won an item and it turned out that they had already given the item to an inhouse bidder when i went to pay. paul told me he would make good on the item with a better replacement i spoke with someone there and got good feedback. i left a message with a complaint and received a call back from paul himself and was very satisfied with response and outcome i will definately bid on their auctions again
