The best Auction House

Customer Service is Exemplary
Ian, owner of Lot 14, personally ensures that his customers are happy with their purchases and helps pack items for shipping. We purchased 27 large antique Victorian tiles that he packed and shipped for us. I’ve never seen a better packing job. They arrived perfectly. He kept us informed the whole way. It felt like he cared as much about our new treasures as we did. We are completely impressed. His office staff are also terrific, helpful, friendly and informative. I wholeheartedly and without a single reservation recommend Lot 14 Auctions.

Steven-Sorry to hear the photo was damaged. I know we had reinforced material around the item in a cardboard priority envelope. We will take the item back and refund the purchase if you choose, and we will pursue the insurance claim. We have been shipping scores of autographed photos and this was the first problem we have encountered. I'm sorry your postman lost us the chance for a five star review.-Ian
