I simply cannot say enough positive things about lot 14 auction. From start to finish, everything was a very easy process. When I called and spoke to Sophia about a special request I hand in shipping my 1 lot, she cheerfully said that she couldn't make any promises but she would do her best. And in fact, she did do exactly what I requested so I could not be happier with the service I received and the item that I purchased from them. I will be back!
