This auction had great items and the items I purchased matched descriptions and photographs. There was a small issue with one item not being shipped with the rest of the items, however, it was resolved swiftly with professionalism and etiquette. I will be looking forward to doing further business with this seller.

If you know something is real, then they are great. They are overall responsive to most issues and ship quickly and fairly. Just know they make little effort to authenticate their lots. They use the 'sold as is' excuse for their lots, despite their premium. For example, they dont do a basic test for fluorescent material, so they advertise it as original. I'd get inexpensive items from them, but nothing high dollar. I just haven't seen them stand behind their products like other auction houses would. Bottom line: know what you are getting or be prepared to receive a repro.

Been dealing with them for years. When they have auctions for what I buy I always bid with them. If they say original it's original. Have rare items always satisfied also great people to deal with never once a problem.

The Bear is in nice shape but the odor is so bad I will never be able to enjoy it. I wish they would have disclosed this.
