Military decoration described as "gilded silver" is actually "bronze". Confirmed by expert. Brought this to attention of auction house and asked for partial refund. Sent three emails and left two phone messages. No response. Will never participate in their auctions again. Fraudulent!

It took twice as long to ship then it should have. I got items from Poland in half the time.
