When I try to email you directly your email service provider sent a bounce back that your email box was full I then resent you the shipping invoice live while in conversation and you still could not manage to find it and pay it you then took it upon yourself to PayPal the wrong email address without consulting us. Bert, You didn't receive the item because you did not pay the shipping until the 27th day after you made this negative review. A negative review that cost us to loose our top seller status. We have worked in the dark with no power or internet from a tornado for close to 2 weeks, still managing to get things out without postal service to the property due to trees down, including one that totaled our 2nd car. So for our delay in responding we apologize but were ill-prepared as you could imagine, tornados are not indigenous to Connecticut. We do however advise you to check your outstanding invoice/bills before writing a negative review on another auction house.
