The item was poorly packaged. It was not packed in a professional way.
I tried to resolve the issue with no result. I sent the box back to them the same way I received it. I even did not open the box. I just sent it back. I am still waiting for my refund!

We received your phone call and concern and we have offered several options to resolve your complaint, however you have not provided any photographs of the broken product or the tracking number for the returned shipment. There has been no box delivered. Once we receive evidence that the item we shipped you is broken or damaged we will gladly refund, however you have failed to provide any photographic documentation or a tracking number.
