Hello..... both messages you mentioned in your feedback come from liveauctioneers, and are driven by your bidding sequence. While we have some control over the bidding sequence, we have no control over messaging. I examined the bidding transcript and it shows liveauctioneers opened the bidding at $275 for bidder1 (you) meaning there was another liveauctioneers bid of $250-it should have identified you as as the high bidder, then as the winner-there should have been no message to you indicating you were outbid unless you place multiple absentee bids on this item. Sorry that it was confusing and if there was someway i could help with this, i would, but this is outside our control and is possibly a software issue with liveauctioneers which should be addressed by them. I will bring this issue forward to liveauctioneers for you and ask them to examine it. Regards. Dom

Sorry, as explained in your invoice we don't do our own shipping. We will assist customers in getting satisfactory estimates and will help in expediting shipping, when we know of an issue. We can't be responsible for a shipper you hire who doesn't pickup here within your time frame. Please call us when there is a problem and we will be happy to help out.
