I paid for these items on time and due to paperwork and expensive slow shipping (it's 3/10 and still haven't received items.) So I don't know if items descriptions are accurate.)

This auction was better than most others, but IMHO the absolute worst failing in the majority of online auctions (not just Live Auctioneers) is SKIMPY written descriptions often only 1 line/1 sentence, incredibly unsatisfactory. This is inviting bidder dissatisfaction. Please encourage strong descriptions and good pictures. Thank you.

The shipper they use did the best job of packing I have seen.

shipping cost are starting to get carried away, should not cost 50 to send something that cost 12,,, i would say double would be fair on small packages

Auction process is slowed down dramatically, waiting for Live bids.

Even though I asked before bidding, they did not accurately describe the condition of the items. 3 out of the 6 items were in very poor shape. I resell and these will be diffucult to get rid of.

The shipping company tried to charge me just under $300 for 3 boxes. I asked them to use my UPS # and they did, very nicely. I also paid about $80.00 for 6 boxes and bubble wrap. I e-mailed the auction house to tell them why I am very particular on what I buy, because shipping is always outrageous, they simply told me to read the terms and conditions page. They really don't care if I ever come back and buy anything again. I did not ask for anything special, just a reasonable shipping cost. At the most these boxes should be $40 each to ship, not $100 Someone is making extra money on people who do not know better.
