Item hasn’t arrived after one month

At one time I would win Lots and receive them in a timely fashion. Now I win lots and they say I never paid?!?! Even when I send them their own receipt as proof!!!! The owner says they are experiencing accounting problems however I still dont have my item or my money after 2 months. Stay Away from this auction house.

Happy with items purchased. Comic Book came well packaged. Doesn't take that long to ship from Canada to USA.

I bought items on Sept 27, received an invoice on Oct 4 and Paid on Oct 5. I have had no contact with Canuck after several requests through email, phone and LiveAuctioneers helpdesk. I have paid several hundred dollars which posted 17 days ago and they will not contact me back, send my items or refund my money. Ridiculous Auction house, beware of this dealer.

Bidding was easier than I thought. Had missed out on several items until i won this one. I was just testing out the site and ended up with this unique October Fest Autographed Picture! This will make a great gift. Payment and packaging was good. photo was bent in shipping but not creased. I put it in a frame and gave it as a gift! If your looking for something unique and original this is a great sight to find something unordinary for someone extraordinary. Good Luck!

No contact for a week and no information after winning bids.

Do not use Live auctions, was ripped off by an auction house on their site & they did nothing to help. Canuck has never in nearly 4 weeks replied to why they sent a fragile item in a box with no protection. It arrived broken & therefore worthless. They had said it was insured but guessing that is a lie as if it was they would have replied by now. Check all the other 1 star ratings of the auction house taking money for no goods, it's straight out fraud Live Auctions Happy to take your fees but will always side with the auction house. They should be shut down as they are condemning fraud.

The items I purchased were new magic cards that were put in boxes from the 1990s and early 2000s. Very sad

Staff is polite and friendly, shipping is always handed wonderfully, don’t have a bad thing to say about this Auction House.

I won 12 items in their 8/12/2012 auction and received only 11 of them. I sent 2 messages and got no response. I sent a third message tonight and also sent a message to "LiveAuctions" asking for help. Hopefully LiveAuctions can help since Canuck Auctions seemingly doesn't want to be bothered.

I won an item in their 7/26/2012 auction and never received it. After contacting them, they responded that their supplier ran out of the item. How can an auction house sell an item, collect money for that item and not deliver. They did refund my money. Not delivering on the won item, in my opinion, is very dishonest.

They were very helpful answering questions and arranging the shipping. An easy process. The lot was in incredible condition, better than they had listed. It was packed and shipped very prefoessionally.

Good people to work with.

Picture was not the one auctioned off. Glass on fame was broken. Poorly packed!! Wanted me to pay for shipping to ship the “wrong” picture and “broken” frame back to them.

Always look forward to the Canucks Auctions. Such a great selection of items. Always find more than I can handle. Never know what treasure I'll find next. Cheers Wallace

Excellent company to deal with!

Had a good auction the items came in a timely fashion except for the most expensive piece. Couldn't understand why it never came so I called several times and emailed several times NO response. I even went to another auction and tried to get a response. Apparently his response is forget you and your $300. I am out my money and he is out a customer and his reputation. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
