Won the item on Oct 26th, 2021 and I made a payment on 27th. No updates were made so contacted them twice but no actions were made. I made a dispute via LiveAuctioneers which they finally made them react, but their reply was they couldn't track my payment (which I sent screenshots and credit card history to prove they are wrong)-once they finally admitted that the payment was actually made, then they told me that THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM, they'd like to refund my payment. How can you put an item to auction when you do not have it? I finally got my money back after 17 weeks, but this is by far the most unpleasant experience I have ever gone through-I've just checked their review and no surprise they've already earned five 1-star ratings in 2022, so here is your 6th:) The last but not the least, kudos to LiveAuctioneers bidder support team. Without their help I wouldn't have my money back.

For most lots, there are precious few pictures, I assume because there is nothing worthwhile to show. I found for the boxed items I won, they had been all previously opened and replaced with commons. The Elspeth Planeswalker deck which I assumed to be a full deck had 0 Planeswalkers for instance, just commons. It didn't even have Elspeth! Unless you see actual cards that you want to bid on, I advise not bidding in the hopes that there will be hidden treasures. I would have far more confidence in the Magic lots if they made a habit of pulling out all the rare/mythic cards and having them on display with pictures showing card quality.

I bid on and won 2 items. After I paid my invoice I received NOTHING. I tried calling about 50 times and NEVER GOT AHOLD OF ANYBODY. Most of the time the voicemail was full so I could not even leave a message. The other number they provide never gets answered either. No return phone calls ever. I finally had to get Live Auctioneers involved. I finally received a response to my complaint and was told they would issue a refund. What I wanted were the items I won and paid for. Then they had the nerve to not refund all of my money. I am in the process of trying to get the rest of my money back. These people are LIARS AND CROOKS. I will never buy from them again and I hope my experience convinces you not to buy from them either.

I have had a number of transactions with this company. They started off well but I have had awful lack of communication with them. I have not been able to pay for my last winning bid and their promise to finally call me never materialized. I had shipping questions and never received information or product. Multiple emails have been ignored. Phone is not working or message system is full. Bid at your own risk!!

The photo arrived in the bottom of a box in a sleeve too little for the entire 8x10 resulting in bend corners, Canadien pennies were mixed with the United States pennies, impossible to contact, I will not be coming back.

Shipping took over 3 weeks. I kept being told that I would get contacted with shipping information, and never did, it just showed up one day in the mail.

I have dealt with them on numerous occasions. One thing they are very consistent with is not sending everything to you. With the exception of a few small orders, they are all missing 1-4 items. While they have been very cooperative in resolving any issues, it doesn't seem to be improving. However the last email I sent regarding missing items went unanswered. This particular order is missing an item as well. Also if you are buying for good condition books, pay close attention to pictures. Their packing methods are not to always receive your books in the condition they appear in pictures as well. For the most part they have been very responsive to any issues I have had, and I continue to buy from them. Just make sure to verify you received all items you were supposed to get.

Unlike most auction houses, they actually responded to my email regarding shipping, which was most refreshing.

Comic book buyers beware there are only cover pictures of books. They have no back pictures of books, so what you see is not a guarantee of the quality of said book.

Bought 3 products of cards. When I received them, they were all opened and taped shut. When further inspecting it, the pricey cards were all taken out of each box. If the card was worth $2 or more, it was taken out of each product. To make it even more obvious that it was fraudulent, the front card of the packages were left, even if though they are more than $2, so that they wouldn't look like they were tampered with.
