Have contacted them by phone, voicemail full, by email, response was they are moving shops and would check that order was sent. No response after another week. They have my $366, i have nothing. No tracking information provided although it was promised

Paid for item. They emailed me three weeks later and said “The item was already sold by the vendor and was a mistake they had sold it to me.” There was no compensation or anything. They refunded me the money several days after that.

Good to deal with a prompt, detailed, and fair auction house. Good prices and excellent low-cost delivery.

Description was very vague, but I guess it's my fault for not paying better attention. The jersey is a non branded "replica" jersey of pretty poor quality. The jersey I received is not the same jersey pictured as the Beckett numbers do not match, but I imagine they have a pile of these in a warehouse somewhere. Honestly, this jersey and my experience were disappointing. Would not buy from them again. Very poor-nearly non existent communication also. No notification about shipping dates etc. Just got an email one day saying a package was on the way and I had to guess that it was the jersey.

Purchased a sealed vinyl LP and was horrified to see the corners of my item sticking out of the t5oo small box it was shipped in. No protection at all on the corners at all. I would not buy from again-as I value my purchases more than this auctioneer does.

The comic I brough contains damages not disclosed in auction. They even used the white label to conceal the damages.

GREAT SITE, AND ITEMS

I am new to the process of online auctions and Canuck Auctions worked very well with me and they were very helpful.

Won a lot on 10/3/22. Received an invoice right away. It was a pain to pay because you have to go through their website, but I paid the morning of 10/4. Since that time I have emailed them several times in an attempt to get a tracking number or delivery estimate. Nothing. They won't respond to communications through LiveAuctions OR communications through their website. The phone number is "messages are full," so there is zero communications. I have not received my item. They will not communicate. I tried contacting LiveAuctions to assist, but have not heard back from them yet either. Very close to submitting a dispute through American Express to get my payment returned. This has been a horrible experience!

Never received my invoice. Sent multiple requests to get the invoice and link to pay and they never sent it. Still waiting after five requests. Horrible.

They were quick to file a dispute after a few days but the dispute is still filed even though I paid the invoice 3 days ago. They never removed the dispute which messed up my ability to bid on something. No reply either yet...

Canuck Auctions will attempt to defraud you. I purchased a PSA authenticated card with a serial number and photos. This was an expensive Nolan Ryan rookie autographed card. After five (5) weeks of emails and excuses on their part about why I did not have the card-a card (not my card) arrived today. It was in far inferior condition, authenticated by Beckett and not PSA with a different serial number and clearly is not the card. It is probably worth less than 1/2 of what I paid. I would like to have the actual card that I bought but it is now clear that Canuck never had the card all along. It is being sold right now on the internet on another site with the same photos and PSA serial number plain as day. THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD and SHAM. These guys should be banned. Read the reviews-they do this all the time. Sure, every once in a while they send the correct item but with 60 + reviews of 1-star-you know something is drastically wrong. These guys are crooks. STAY AWAY. I have pictures and emails to prove everything.

Bid and won a Mystery Box. Inside was a UFC Glove with no sticker, tags or PSA. No idea who signed it or if it is authentic. Contacted Canuck Auctions and was told it was fine when it left the Auction House. No follow up to see what could be done to correct the situation. This item is worthless without proof of authenticity. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional customer service communications. In other words no customer service.

Been winning on Canuck auctions for a while and I am VERY please the the help they provided for conversion rates and for the 1 issue I had with an auction that they remedied instantly!!

Very pleased with the items I bid on. Customer service was good and replied right away to my e-mails. Shipping had to be done in multiple parcels, which took awhile to get here. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome.

Watch out for shipping cost. I bought a coin for $50.00, paid a $9.00 premium and then got slapped with an $18.00 shipping fee. A ridiculous amount for 1 coin.
