The pieces were in pristine condition. The auction house a pleasure to work with.

I wish I could say that I was happy with my purchase however, when I got the ring I purchase from AWS it looked cheap and despite the fact that they listed it as 925 silver, it was not marked. I'm not about to pay for it to be tested, nor should I have to! Also, the facets in the stone looked really cheap and they placed the estimate at $340-400 +. Ridiculous. I contacted them about the missing 925 mark and the man told me that it tested 925. My opinion is that they probably purchase (wholesale) lots of mixed metal, unmarked, cheap rings that they talk up on their site as if they are the most beautiful, and the highest quality! Of course, I have no proof of this, just a gut feeling.............. Nobody asked, just my opinion.

Item was delievered fifteen days later by priority mail after "shipped" email received. Plus, shipping cost was not on initial invoice.

Other than 10days after stamping till it left LA, AWS auctions OK.

AWS was amazing at removing an item that I apparently purchased in error from my other purchases. I was very grateful. I was charged for everything. I was told it would be 5-7 days for a refund to appear. It has been 10 days and no refund. I am a bit concerned at this point.

I received notification that my purchased item had shipped from Los Angeles. I live in northern California. When the item had not arrived after 10 days I tried to contact AWS for tracking information. There was no response to two emails. No phone number is listed and directory information has no listing. The item eventually arrived after three weeks but I have never received any communication fro AWS.

Good communication overall. The negative is I had a men's gold/diamond ring I purchased here appraised by a private jeweler business in Long Beach after I received it and it was estimated by the private jeweler company at far less than the auction house estimate range. The auction house gave this Estimate $1, 987-$2, 253 but I had the ring privately appraised by a jeweler at $600-800. Thus, you can draw your own conclusions. I am not saying that all rings are over estimated but this was my individual experience.

I purchased a beautiful diamond bracelet on AWS Auctioneers. I was somewhat hesitant to make a large purchase that couldn't be returned. Upon receipt of the bracelet, I had it appraised for insurance purposes. The appraisal matched the item description (gold karat, diamond karat weight, etc.) and it actually appraised for well over the estimate on the auction site. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!

This auction house is one of the easiest businesses I have dealt with. Made my experience an awesome one. Very reasonable shipping answers the phone when you call and treat you with friendly and respectful communication.

Very nice products. Better then the photos. My issue was that the shipping was high. I should have used my own corporate DHL account. No fault of AWS at all. I would highly recommend this auctioneer.

The item is fake and wouldn’t bid on any of their auction. Waste of money

I found that the estimated values were vastly inflated, more than 4 times the actual retail value.

Very easy process from start to finish. It was clear how to bid and what the charges were, how to pay and the shipping charges. The package was received quickly and was well packaged. I will be back!

This company is in my same state and this transaction was made well before CoronaVirus lockdown. Yet it took 3 weeks for them to ship a small package. One of the 12 lots I won was missing one of the pair of earrings. Each of my 4 phone calls over a one month period to AWS had the response of, "We will check with shipping. If it's not there we will refund your money." I sent 3 follow up emails after no contact from them. Finally I received my refund after one and a half months. The other three auction houses were very professional and communicated with me. AWS was only interested in communicating that they wanted payment within 48 hours of my winning bids. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Taking that first step purchasing items possibly thousands of miles away from people whom you do not know can be quite an overwhelming experience, in a world of unknowns. With A. W. S. Auctioneers whether bidding on something that you need or simply for pleasure, This staff takes a lot of pride in their professionalism, so rest a sure!! It’s handled!

The three rings I bought are lovely. However, they were smaller than anticipated based on the pictures displayed. Also, the sapphire ring was pictured in a lovely blue. It looks more of a lavender color to me. Could be a lighting effect. I would recommend one extra display photo for visual size comparison on-line, especially with smaller items. I'm glad I purchased these rings as gifts for my great nieces, who are still children. I will definitely shop again with AWS.
