Buyer Beware!
The picture does not do justice to two nicks in the frame of this item. Brian Tebo was quick to get my payment information, but long in delivering it. I had to contact him for the status and he kept giving excuses about being sick and how it was only he and his girlfriend handling the business. After finally receiving the item, I found he had packaged it himself, wrapping the item in an old wool blanket full of what looks like dog hair. FILTHLY!! Very unprofessional, mom and pop operation.

SELLERS BEWARE! The buyer has left out some important information. He did not contact me. I called the buyer while I was at the UPS pack & ship store to let him know how much it would be to ship his framed Football Jersey, and when I told him the cost, he 'whined and cried' about the cost. I told him that I would go ahead and package it and ship it to him, which is what I did, even though it was stated in our 'terms and conditions' that shipping larger items was the responsibility of the buyer. I thought I was doing the buyer a favor, but some people are just impossible to satisfy, no matter how much you do or how hard you try. I purchased a 'mirror' box, bubble wrapped the item, wrapped it in a wool blanket (didn't charge him for the blanket) and plastic wrapped it, in order for it to be safe during transit. In regards to the "nicks" in the frame... they were there when the consignor brought the item in and they were visible in the photos provided in the listing. As well, yes, I was sick for a few days during that period... I didn't know that wasn't allowed? lol I also stated in the 'terms & conditions' that in house shipping could take up to 2/3 weeks... the auction took place on Feb. 23, 2020 and the package was dropped off at the UPS store on March 9th (15th day after the auction). I find it sad and discouraging that Auction Companies make the effort to offer their merchandise via online platforms, and then we have people like this that try to hurt the reputation of others, even when they go above and beyond what is written in their 'terms and conditions'... some people are just down right miserable and are impossible to satisfy. I would recommend that you DO NOT sell to this buyer unless you make him totally responsible for the shipping. Thank you and have a great/Peaceful day!

On Probation to be able to join the LiveAuctioneers
The bottom line is Heart Felt is a service provider and they dropped the ball. I paid the bid and commission and it's been over a month and I've yet to receive my win or instructions as to how to proceed. This whole process is out of my wheel house. But I do know that if you are trying to break into a organization unhappy clients isn't the way to do it.

Shipping Cost Excessive
One and done with this auction house, felt like I was gouged with shipping cost. One advertising tray with with bubble wrap in a single box, $26.50. Auction houses are discouraging on-line bidding and losing potential customers when shipping cost like this are billed. The tray was well represented and as described.

This buyer was definitely not "gouged" in regards to shipping costs... the actual shipping cost was $19.45 including insurance. We have supply costs such as bubble wrap, boxes, tape, etc., as well as pay a friend to help package items. The buyer got a great buy on the item they purchased as well, and I don't think that an additional $7.05 to pay as a 'shipping & handling'/convenience/supply fee is being gouged. If this is the attitude of this buyer, we would prefer not to sell to them as well. There are several Auction Companies that don't even offer 'in house' shipping as a convenience. If we did not offer in house shipping, the cost to ship this same package through a UPS shipping store would have cost $45.00 or more. Thank you to all of those that viewed and placed bids at our first online auction! In the future, we will continue to offer in house shipping, but it can take up to 2 weeks for us to process small items, and additional time for larger items. In regards to larger items... rugs, furniture, paintings and other framed items, etc. (items larger than a bread box) we are happy to assist in the shipping, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to help arrange the shipping. Have a great/Peaceful day and stay healthy!

Great front-end experience. A bit slow on actual shipment. Once contacted, shipped same day!
Great front-end experience. A bit slow on actual shipment. After paying Heart Felt for the item and shipping cost, I did not hear anything from them for a couple of weeks. I, then, emailed Heart Felt to follow up on the shipment status and they reacted by shipping the same day that my message was received! Not So Bad! I wouldn't hesitate to use their auction service again in the future. Brian
