In no event shall Rob Partners be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items being bid on and purchased. While Rob Partners endeavors to describe each item accurately, Rob Partners can not be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Rob Partners or its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider.
