This auction features the collection of Nancy Williams Gram and the late G. Mennen Williams, former secretary of state for African affairs, ambassador to the Philippines and governor of Michigan. Included are Asian ceramic lots to #113202 catalogued by professor Kamer Aga-Oglu of the University of Michigan museum of Anthropology. These lots are documented in the catalogue prepared by the professor entitled "The Williams Collection of Far Eastern Ceramics."
