All items in this catalogue are offered by louvre Antiques Inc. (also referred to as Louvre antique auction) either as agent for the consignor or as owner. - Everything is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. While we do our best to describe the items properly, neither Louvre Auctions, nor the consignors make any guarantees or warranties to the accuracy of these descriptions. - Louvre antique Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalogue at its sole discretion. Louvre antiques Auctions and its auctioneers have final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders. Louvre antique Auctions' records shall be conclusive in any dispute. - The purchase price payable by a buyer at auction shall be the final bid plus the buyer's premium. - Louvre antique Auctions accepts the following methods of payment: certified check, personal or business check,and wire transfer . We will charge a $50 fee on all checks returned by the buyer's bank. - No merchandise shall be released before 15 days, if paid by check.Louvre antique Auctions reserves the right to hold merchandise until full payment has been received and cleared by our bank. - Items in the catalogue may have a reserve which is a confidential minimum bid price agreed to between Louvre Auctions and the consignor.

BUYER AGREES THAT ANY LEGAL DISPUTES, WILL BE GOVERNED BY A LOS ANGELES COURT. BUYER AND SELLER AGREE TO FILE ANY COMPLAINTS IN A LOS ANGELES COURT Items that remain at the auctioneers premises for over 30 days, will be automatically auctioned to cover storage fees. Please arrange to have your items shipped in a timely manor.
