MERCHANDISE OFFERED - All items offered for auction will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITHOUT GUARANTEE. - Listings are for descriptive purposes only. - Bidders are responsible for examining all items and/or requesting condition reports and/or additional photos, and bidding according to their own expertise. - Condition details are offered as a courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is perfect or free from wear, flaws, or characteristics of age. Briggs Auction, Inc. is not responsible for errors and/or omissions of condition. - By participating in this Briggs Auction, Inc. auction, you are agreeing that the auction is occurring in Pennsylvania; merchandise is being struck off in Pennsylvania; contract of sale is being entered in Pennsylvania, and payment will be made in Pennsylvania. - All announcements made on the day of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials. REGISTRATION and BIDDING - All Buyers must register with Live Auctioneers for this auction. - ALL BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY Noon on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2019. WE WILL NOT APPROVE BIDDERS FOR THIS AUCTION AFTER NOON ON NOVEMBER 22, 2019. - In order to be approved, bidders may be asked to supply Briggs Auction, Inc. with additional information including, but not limited to valid VISA/MasterCard/American Express card details, which includes approval for a $1 authorization on the card for U.S. residents, or a $1,000 authorization for bidders outside the U.S.; and/or a depost; and/or a copy or photo of a valid driver's license and copy or photo of a current utility bill with same name and address as the driver's license and/or Live Auctioneers registration. - Credit card information may be submitted using the secure, encrypted submission form available on the Briggs Auction website or the form can be faxed upon request. - Successful on-line bidders will be notified following the auction and will be provided an invoice and payment details. BUYER'S PREMIUM and SALES TAX - The Buyer's Premium of 25% will be added to each sale. - PA Residents and all buyers who pick up merchandise in person are required to pay PA State Sales Tax (6%) on each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. - If sales tax exempt, you must present us with a valid exemption number. PAYMENT - For successful On-line Bids, full payment via Live Auctioneers "Pay Now" Payment, VISA, MC, AmEx, Cash, Check, or Wire Transfer, is required within fourteen (14) days following the auction. - No item may be removed or will be shipped until full payment of the invoice has been made. SHIPPING - All items must be removed from Briggs Auction within 21 days of the auction. After that time, a $5/day storage fee will be applied.
