An Autumn Gathering - Day 2

On Day 2 of our Fall Auction Weekend the emphasis is on late 19th and 20th century decorative arts. Contemporary artists include Dahlov Ipcar, Francoise Gilot, Karen Appel and James Whistler. A circa 1920 48? Old Town Canoe store display is offered, along with five vehicles -- led by a 1947 Ford Woody Model 79A station wagon. A Faberge silver and guilloche enamel frame highlights several Russian items. Among the furniture selection are Danish modern, Starbay, Eldred Wheeler and D.R. Dimes pieces. Rounding out the day is a selection of American art pottery, Tiffany lighting and art glass, two Verne Q. Powell silver flutes, fine silver and estate jewelry. NOTE: There will not be a live audience for this sale. However, it will be live streamed online. You may bid by phone/absentee or online.
