The Iris Love Estate Part One

Merrill?s is honored to be offering items from the collection of celebrated archeologist, historian, and dog breeder Iris Cornelia Love. Ms. Love was most noted for her boundary-breaking career in archeology, including her 1969 discovery of the Temple of Aphrodite at Knidos in modern Turkey. Ms. Love was also a champion dog breeder winning titles at Westminster and dozens of other accolades for her prized Dachshunds. In addition to the contents of Ms. Love?s Lincoln, Vermont home, and her New York City apartment, Merrill?s will be offering items to benefit Brattleboro Hospice. This once-in-lifetime-auction is not to be missed.
