Pick up address will be on your invoice, under the Amount Due. BRING Packing Material and HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD ! If you purchase furniture or something heavy, you must have someone to help you remove and load it. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Friday March 18th, at 3pm . Cards on file will get charged when the invoices are created. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. Shipping ? We do not ship shelf lots, table contents, room contents, furniture , or lots with a large amount of items. For items we ship in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional lot. All prints, paintings, mirrors, very fragile items will be packed and shipped thru UPS. There is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers BEFORE bidding.
