Please note smaller items will be invoiced with shipping included and larger items will be picked up by our friends at the UPS store. All paintings will be picked up by UPS no matter the size or unless otherwise stated. Our UPS shipping partner (UPS STORE 6701) will invoice and handle shipping cost and arrangement. Once your item is picked up you will get notified by us via Live Auctioneer Messages.
If you live in Miami and wish to pick up items please contact us and we will tell you if it's a viable option for your lots.

INSPECTION?
Inspection period is prior to the auction commencing. All bidders are urged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid. The failure to inspect the property shall not constitute cause for cancellation of sale. Autopay
If you have not contacted Miami Auctions & Appraisals LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
