Papps Family Liquidation select the bidders to join auction and not all bidders who want to join and participate gets lucky to get into our auction. Papps Family Liquidation only accept money order and cashier's check for payment however for bidders' insisting to pay with credit card, bidder waives their right to file chargeback and if so bidder agrees to pay additional $100.00 to settle chargeback. All dispute should be settle only between bidders and Papps Family Liquidation and not to a third party or credit card institution. To prevent dispute, it is the bidders' responsibility to check the item first before bidding and agreeing that all sales are final once the item has been sold. SHIPPING AND HANDLING PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes. All Ring Size must be received within 3 days of making payment. If no ring size is received within the allowed time frame the ring will be sent as is. Rings will Ship within 7 - 10 business days once size is received.
