Bidder waives his right to file claim, chargeback or dispute payment. Triple SSS Designs select the bidders to join auction and not all bidders who want to join and participate gets lucky to get into our auction. Triple SSS Designs only accept money order and cashier's check for payment however for bidders' insisting to pay with credit card, bidder waives their right to file chargeback and if so bidder agrees to pay additional $100.00 to settle chargeback. All dispute should be settle only between bidders and Triple SSS Designs and not to a third party or credit card institution. To prevent dispute, it is the bidders' responsibility to check the item first before bidding and agreeing that all sales are final once the item has been sold. SHIPPING AND HANDLING Triple SSS Designs ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder's should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes. FOR RETURNED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: FOR ANY RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, RESHIPPING FEE WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE BIDDER AND IT WILL BE DOUBLED SINCE THE COURIER CHARGED THE AUCTION HOUSE ACCOUNT ONCE THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO US PLUS RESHIPPING PACKAGE BACK TO THE BIDDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE EMAILED THE BIDDER TRACKING NUMBER OF THEIR PACKAGE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE MAKE SURE THAT WE KEEP THE BIDDER AWARE OF THEIR PACKAGE SO THEY CAN TRACK THEM SO ONCE THE PACKAGE COMES BACK TO US BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE IN PAYING THE RESHIPPING FEE TWICE. Please note that we emailed the bidder tracking number of their package once the package has been shipped. We make sure that we make the bidder aware of their package so once the package comes back to us bidder is responsible in paying the reshipping fee twice.
