We will call each and everyone of you following the auction for payment information, and request the information on who you are using for out of state FFL transfers, we WILL need a copy of your FFL Providers License to ship your Firearm. Buyers Premium is 15% that includes the fee for using a credit card. We NO LONGER take Personal checks, PayPal, Money Orders, Etc, reason being is the average person does NOT send out that check or money order immediately and delays us paying the consignors. MAKE SURE they put your name somewhere on the correspondence so we can correlate the two! We get a heck of a lot of FFL's after an auction, you are not the only one who bought a gun! There is a $10 transfer fee on all firearms to help maintain keeping the books. We do not accept C&R Licenses, unless you do ALL the research before the auction and show proof that this firearm is eligible for your C&R. The auction will move at a rapid pace so please don't wait for the last minute to place your bids as you may miss out on that lot. THIS ONE IS HUUUUGE! If you leave a PRE-BID we DO NOT see your max bid. NONE of the 3 platforms talk or share information with each other. Just because your max bid was $60 and you were winning at $30, $40 on another site, $50 your in, then we ask for $60. WELL.... it won't automatically run you up... and we get $60 on another site, your out and that's the way the ball bounced. There is nothing we can do to resolve this. MY ADVICE for what it's worth... Bid one more increment just in case. Who want's to lose by one bid or even worse, by a tie for the same price! Auction sales are strictly for cash, cashier's check, or LOCAL personal check with PRE approval, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, ATM or Debit Card. All Sales are final at the fall of the Auctioneers gavel. A Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales. There will be a $75.00 fee for all returned checks. All checks over $5,000 must be pre- approved. All 'INTERNET' bidders must pay by Credit Card. ALL Invoices over $10,000 Must be Wire Transferred. 5. All items purchased by the successful bidder MUST be paid for the week of sale unless previous arrangements are made prior to the sale. Purchases not paid within 14 days of final sale date will be charged a $50.00 Late Charge, all accounts past due will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance and compounded monthly AND will be reported as a NON PAYING BIDDER to the platform that was bid from, After 60 Days Property is to be Considered Abandoned!!! Items purchased must be removed on the week of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Storage will be provided at no charge for 14 days following the sale date and then at a rate of $5.00 per item per day unless prior arrangements have been made. 6. We ship exclusively with FedEx and U.S.P.S. Smalls will be packed and shipped by us at the buyer's expense. Small, crated items, by us, will be quoted prior to crating & shipping. Shipping charges other than exact costs INCLUDE: (1) $6.00 Box Fee, (2) Insurance is required for all packages (no exceptions). 7. All Post 1898 firearms are required to be registered in compliance with Local, Federal, and State Laws. Out of State Buyers must Request for Their Dealer to Supply Their Federal Firearms License to the Auction House prior to shipping. It is the BUYERS responsibility to know their own State and Local Firearm requirements. If for any reason a buyer is DENIED firearm approval from the FBI Background Check, after filling out the ATF Form 4473, or if buyer is suspected of making a 'STRAW PURCHASE', he MUST Reconsign the firearm to the next auction. No Guarantee as to the operation or firing condition of any weapon offered for sale is made by the Auctioneer, The Auction Company, or any Affiliates thereof. It is recommended that all weapons purchased at auction be checked out by a competent GUNSMITH prior to firing them. WE WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BREAK 'FFL OR ANY OTHER LAW REQUIREMENTS' FOR ANYONE. 7A. All normal firearms shipped to another state will be charged a $10.00 Transfer fee to log it from the FFL's books to your FFL Provider. We take pride in shipping and want you to receive your weapon in the same condition we sent it. 9. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same, he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor.
