If there is a winter storm and we reschedule pick up day, an email will be sent out and it will be posted on our Facebook page. BRING Packing Material, tools , any equipment needed and HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD . PAYMENT IS DUE BY January 12th, at 3pm . Your card on file will be charged automatically after the invoices are created. Shipping- If we ship it in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional lot, plus actual postage. We do not ship in-house any items that will not fit in an 18x18x18 box ( some items there are an exception). All Paintings that need shipment, will be packed and shipped thru The UPS Store. Please email with any questions. If we have UPS pack and ship anything (fragile items, framed items, hard to pack items), there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers BEFORE bidding.
