You Acknowledge And Agree That All Sales Are Final With No Refunds And No Returns. Item retrieval and pick up: All items must be retrieved and payment completed within 15 days of auction close. As of now we are online only and unable to process payments outside of the Live Auctioneers platform. Items will not be released until payment is completed. Items remaining in our warehouse beyond 15 days from the auction sell date will be considered forfeit, and no refunds will be processed, UNLESS prior arrangements have been confirmed with us via phone or email, within 24-48 hours after auction has ended. Leaving a voice text, without our response, is not considered "arrangements". We are always very willing and able to work with you in the event you need more time, especially if the shipper you hired experiences delays. We are reasonable and understand things happen outside of a buyer's control. We only ask for updates and steady communication. If we call, please respond. If not, we reserve the option to charge the buyer's credit card $50 per item, per week, for furniture and large item storage beyond the 15 day grace period. We always need our limited floor space for incoming estates, quick removal of sold objects is very important. This is why we now charge $50 per item, per week, after our 15 day grace period. However, if pre-arranged, we can offer long term storage for reasonable rates.

If you have not contacted Ararity Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
