The partial collection of herman and clauida uhlein gave up residence of their Italian renaissance mansion on 5270 n. lake drive in whitefish bay. A portion of the contents of the home went in to storage for 55 years. Their great great grandson decided its now time to liquidate. This treasure trove of a begone and late victorian era includes late 1800s and late 1900s carved French furniture with bronze trims, dresden sebs. Dresden porcelain vases, old set of rockingham, led cut crystal candelabras, paintings, fancy silver , lighting, and some of the most elaborate linens and soft goods and so much more. Along with this collection Kyle Sterkenberger Collection. Cedarburg Auction October 12 2023, 10:30am central standard time. Please note that due to the volume of this auction, it may take some time to post pictures of all of the items. Be prepared to come early and stay late at home on your computer!! Buyer's Premium is 16.5% for purchases made through LiveAuctioneers. Invoices will be emailed to the address on file with LiveAuctioneers at the conclusion of the auction. All shipping and handling is third party and is NOT included with purchase. We can not provide quotes for shipping. We do not wrap, pack, or ship anything ourselves. We only release items to a shipper after explicit permission has been given to us. Please notify us after payment to make shipping arrangements. For larger items, including furniture: contact us for a shipping referral. Our preferred third party shipper does not handle large items.
All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 30 days of the auction. Items not removed after 30 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, up to 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) can be re-sold at the discretion of Cedarburg Auction & Appraisal LLC.

If there is a dispute, it will be handled in-house by Cedarburg Auction and Appraisal LLC solely, and their decision will be binding.
