Contemporary Art // Prints & Multiples

We are delighted to kick off 2024 with our ever-popular Contemporary Art and Prints & Multiples sales - jam packed with artworks spanning the post-war to the present, the figurative to the abstract. At the heart of the Contemporary Art sale is a considered collection amassed by Dr Tom Scott (Lots 40-54 in Contemporary Art & Lots 226-238 in Prints & Multiples), being sold posthumously to benefit the National Trust for Scotland featuring one of Paul Neagu's finest works ever to appear on the market, examples by Gillian Ayres, Felim Egan and more. Other key highlights include works by Alasdair Gray, John Byrne, Peter Howson, Jack Vettriano, Stephen Conroy and Alan Davie, and a ?macabre? of Pat Douthwaite pastels. The vibrant and varied Prints & Multiples sale returns with works from modern masters Pablo Picasso and Joan Miro through to more Contemporary names, including Damien Hirst and the eternally popular David Shrigley. The selection is led by a group of works by the iconic photographer Terry O?Neill.
