Buyer's Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, MYNT Auctions does not list reserve prices. Should a bid come close to a reserve amount, BIDHAUS may decide to sell the item below its set reserve. Please note, MYNT Auctions may contain a 'Hidden Reserve'. This means that if the lot does not meet its designated reserve, the lot will either be 'passed' or; should there be existing bids on said lot, be 'sold to the floor' (meaning item was not sold). If an auction is displayed as 'No Reserve', this means that any of the lots in this specific auction do not need to reach a specified 'reserve' amount above the starting price. Condition We have tried to accurately describe every item. Condition and substantial defects are disclosed and/or photographed. Unless specified in the lot description, the item may not come with a box, papers, dust-bags, or authenticity card/certificate. Furthermore, any representation of serial numbers and/or unique item date codes may only be shown as a reference for their physical location on the item and may differ on the actual item won. Return Policy All items are SOLD AS IS, with all disclosed faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event an item description does not match the item received, MYNT Auctions will provide a refund, credit or exchange. Return or exchange requests may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from MYNT Auctions and must notify MYNT Auctions Customer Support (support@myntauctions.com) of any discrepancies. MYNT Auctions expressly reserves the right to find an acceptable replacement or should replacement be unavailable, refund the Customer. MYNT Auctions also reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. Return requests for any other reasons, contrary to the above, may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from MYNT Auctions and must notify MYNT Auctions Customer Support (support@myntauctions.com) with an explanation, which may be approved at MYNT Auctions sole discretion. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded after 90 days and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by MYNT Auctions to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
