It is the bidder's responsibility (whether in person, by phone, or mail) to determine exact condition of each Item. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. A 17% Buyers Premium will be applied to internet (Live Auctioneers) purchases. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. No items removed until paid for. Absentee purchases must be paid for within 21 days following the auction. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied. Wire transfer fees are paid by the buyer. There will be absolutely NO returns. (no exceptions). We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or participation by any individual or group.

If you have not contacted Tony Putty Artifacts to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
