The auction kicks off Habatat's 10th Annual Glass Coast Weekend (GCW), a four-day celebration of glass art held in Sarasota and St. Petersburg, Florida. Each piece in the auction will be on display during the event's opening day.

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions of sale concern the items offered at the auction, including those listed in this catalogue. Habatat Galleries, Inc., reserves the right to determine the Terms of Sale.
INTERNET BIDS: Images of the pieces will be hosted online and bids will be placed by email and must be received twenty-four hours before the auction starts. If two or more parties leave identical bids the first bid received by Habatat Galleries will take precedence.
RESERVES: Certain auction works are subject to a reserve, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold.
AUTHENTICITY OF CONDITION REPORT: All the works in the auction have been reviewed by the staff of Habatat Galleries. The pieces are deemed in good condition and any notable exceptions will be revealed in the catalogue. Habatat Galleries certifies that the work has been created by the artist to whom it is attributed.
SALES TAX: All objects are subject to sales tax.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A premium plus credit card fees plus the LiveAuctioneers fees for purchases via liveauctioneers.com will be added to the successful bid price of all items sold at this auction. Please note: All items bought at auction must be paid for, in full, after the auction.
ESTIMATES: This catalogue provides descriptions along with auction estimates. These estimates are guides for prospective bidders and should not be relied upon as our predictions of the final selling price.
GENERAL AUCTION RULES: The reserve is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept for their consigned objects. If two or more parties leave identical winning bids, the first bid received by Habatat Galleries will take precedence.
Timing: Auction works will be shipped within 30 days of the auction date. Gallery contact will be available based on gallery hours and within 30 days of the sale. Delay of contact does not invalidate the winning bid.
Storage Fees & Late Payments: After 15 days after payment, Habatat will implement a $300 monthly storage fee per piece. After 7 days all unpaid invoices will also be subject to a 5% increase per month. Any work not picked up within 61 days will be reauctioned as the artwork will be considered abandoned.
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. Everything will be sold AS IS to the highest bidder. The descriptions of all items have been made in good faith and every effort has been made to describe each accurately. The cost of packing, shipping, and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. All responsibility for the artwork transfers to the selected pickup/shipping company once removed from the gallery premises.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Habatat Galleries to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
Online purchases from Habatat Galleries may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption.
