All items in this Auction will need to be picked up at in Hampton NJ on Friday Jan. 3rd from 9:30am-4:30(unless in your lot description gives a time frame). If there is SEVERE winter weather, an email will be sent out rescheduling the pick up day. Pick up address will be on your invoice under payment details. BRING Packing Material, tools , any equipment needed and HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD . PAYMENT IS DUE BY Jan. 1st, at 3pm . All items must be paid for with a credit card thru LiveAuctioneers. Shipping- If we ship it in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional lot, plus actual postage. We do not ship in-house any items that will not fit in an 18x18x18 box ( some items there are an exception, please email with any questions). All Paintings that need shipment, will be packed and shipped thru The UPS Store. If we have UPS pack and ship anything (fragile items, framed items, hard to pack items), there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice, with one credit card.
