All Lots are consigned property offered by Prime Auctioneers Inc. as an agent for the Consignor, HR Las Vegas, LLC. By participating in this auction in any manner, you warrant that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. This auction is online only and there is no opportunity to inspect the property being offered for sale, sometimes referred to as a “Lot or Lots or Lot(s)”, prior to or during the auction. By participating in the auction and bidding on a Lot or Lots, you acknowledge that you are doing so based upon your review of the images of the Lot(s) provided on this website, with the understanding that scratches, wear and tear and other defects may not be detectable in the displayed online images of the Lots. Range” of each Lot is an estimated value range and should not be considered a formal appraisals and prospective buyers are urged to inspect those Lots in which they have an interest prior to bidding. All descriptions of the Lots, whether listed in the catalogue or not, may be amended by the posting of an addendum, erratum, notice, or by texted announcements made during the auction. All bids and agreements to purchase are contractual and intentional. Under no circumstances will any bids or agreements to purchase be recognized as accidental or unintentional. Consignor reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction or sale for any reason whatsoever, at any time before the commencement of the auction on September 20, 2025, and Consignor or Consignee shall have no liability for doing so. By participating in this auction, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveAuctioneers, Inc., HR Las Vegas, LLC. and their affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their respective officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the purchase, possession, use, transport, or resale of any item acquired at this auction; (b) any dispute concerning condition, provenance, or authenticity of any item; or (c) any breach by the buyer of these terms and conditions. This indemnity shall survive the completion of the sale. A buyers premium will be applied to the purchase price of all items in the amount of 23% of the sales price. This refers to a service charge or commission charged to the buyer, by adding this amount to the price of sold items. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and that you are making your own evaluations and conclusions about bidding on or purchasing any Lot, understanding that there are degrees of uncertainty. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leaves uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you not bid on the item in question. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under these Conditions of Sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price of all items for which it was the highest successful bidder, LiveAuctioneers and/or Consignor may exercise all of its rights and remedies under the law including, without limitation, (a) canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchasers breach, and/or (b) offering at public auction, without reserve, any Lot or item for which the purchaser has breached any of its obligations, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. Any claim arising out of or relating to this auction shall be governed, enforced, and construed under the Applicable Laws of Nevada. Any action or suit concerning or arising out of this auction, or anything relating thereto, shall be brought in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in Nevada. ALL PARTIES ABSOLUTELY, IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO THE AUCTION OR ANY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE AUCTION. Shipping & Payment Shipping Transport companies have been arranged to offer convenient shipping, which includes pick-up, transport and delivery (“Shipping”) within the United States, all US Territories, Canada, and select countries in Europe and Asia for purchases in this auction. The estimated cost of Shipping is based on the zip code you provided, the estimated size and weight of the item, and the designated shipping vendor. The cost includes item pickup, packing, shipping, delivery, and insurance. THIS SHIPPING PROCESS IS PROVIDED AS AN ACCOMMODATION, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS THAT OCCURS ONCE THE SHIPPER YOU CHOOSE COMMENCES THE SHIPPING OF THE PURCHASED LOT ITEM AND DURING TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF THE LOT ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED. RISK OF LOSS OF THE PURCHASED LOT ITEM(S) DURING THIS SHIPPING PROCESS IS STRICTLY BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE SHIPPER, AND THE BUYER SHALL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR APPROPRIATE AMOUNTS OF INSURANCE (THROUGH THE SHIPPING COMPANY OR OTHERWISE) TO COVER POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO SHIPPED PURCHASED ITEMS DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS.
