If you don't pay your invoice within 72 hours, your card on file will be automatically charged. Auctions Lots that are being sold during or after the auction are final. No returns are to be accepted once an item is sold. It is the buyer's responsibility to request addition information on any given lot prior to purchase. The absence of any information or condition report does not mean an item is in excellent condition. All items are sold as is. We reserve the right to donate items that are paid for, past 40 days- The purchaser has 40 days to retrieve their item or will forfeit their item to Donations, even if fully paid. We will not credit/refund any donated items. No refund or credit will be given once donated. We are not responsible in reminding any bidder to pick up their won item. If you have not contacted Luxurious Treasures to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
